Return Policy: Refund and Rescheduling Options

Full payment is due upon registration.

  • Refunds: A 50% refund may be issued for cancellation requests made at least 6 weeks prior to the Camp start date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REQUESTS MADE WITHIN LESS THAN 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE CAMP START DATE.
  • Rescheduling Requests: Requests to change registration from one Camp to another must be made by email at least 6 weeks prior to the Camp start date and are subject to a $500 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling is valid for one calendar year from the original Camp date.
  • Transfers: Participants may transfer their registration to someone else for a $50.00 transfer fee at any time prior to the Camp start date.
