"I was a little nervous because I am not a "CrossFitter" I really don't weight lift, but as soon as I entered the shuttle to camp I was greeted by the most amazing group of people of all fitness levels and styles.At camp, ALL of the instructors are extremely knowledge, talented and truly broke down each move they were teaching you so can understand and be hands on while learning. They even send you a FULL packet of notes after camp is done so that you can really be present while learning and not miss anything.
The food was AMAZING, the accommodations were awesome, Lake and ropes course was so much fun. Def a life changing experience and I can't wait to go back for more."
